Minor in Theatre Design & Production

The Department of Theatre & Drama offers a minor in Theatre Design & Production to eligible U-M students. Students currently enrolled in a Theatre & Drama degree program or Interarts are not eligible.

Curriculum

The Minor in Theatre Design & Production requires a minimum of 18 credits. Students will choose one of the five D&P tracks (scenic design, lighting design, costume design, stage management, production) and confine their studies to that area. Students interested in this program must take two classes listed in their area of interest to become eligible for this program. Students must develop a plan for the minor in consultation with an advisor in the Theatre Design & Production Program.
