The University Philharmonia Orchestra and piano soloist Tzu-Yin Huang perform Gershwin’s masterful Concerto in F, celebrating its centenary. The program opens with the premiere of a new edition of Gershwin’s Overture to Song of the Flame as well as three of Dvorak’s Slavonic Dances, op. 72 and Valerie Coleman’s soulful and brilliant Umoja: Anthem of Unity.
