Symphony Band and Scott Piper premiere “The Seer” by Erik Santos

What happens when the poetry of Langston Hughes meets the music of Prof. Erik Santos and is interpreted by the University Symphony Band and voice Prof. Scott Piper? Nothing short of fireworks.

Santos’s unique and exciting work, “The Seer,” has its world premiere under Prof. Michael Haithcock on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 8:00 PM at Hill Auditorium.
