Bio
Jesse Rosen has over 40 years of experience as a performing arts executive. After freelancing as a trombonist in New York City, he served as Orchestra Manager of the New York Philharmonic, Executive Director of the American Composers Orchestra and General Manager of the Seattle Symphony. He subsequently joined the League of American Orchestras where he served for 22 years, first as Vice President and then President and CEO until retiring from that role in 2021. Rosen is currently a Lecturer at the University of Michigan and serves on the Boards of the Gateways Music Festival, the Durham Symphony Orchestra and the North Carolina Humanities Council.
