Jannie Noon joined SMTD in January 2026 as a Senior Financial Analyst and plays a key role in delivering analytical support across a range of financial and strategic initiatives. In this role, she conducts financial analysis, supports strategic planning efforts, and tracks budgets and organizational spending to help inform data-driven decision-making.
With eight years of experience in higher education finance and administration, Jannie developed a strong foundation in financial and operational analysis. Prior to that, she worked at a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), where she developed a lasting passion for mission-driven work and its impact on communities.
Jannie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with a graduate certificate in Assurance from the University of Missouri, and is currently pursuing a Certification in Management Accounting (CMA). She also earned a Master’s degree in Instrumental Performance from the University of Miami Frost School of Music and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Temple University, reflecting a unique blend of analytical expertise and creative discipline.
