Bio
Anna George is a first generation college graduate with a Bachelors in Music Business from Wayne State University. A veteran performer and educator, Anna gained experience in performing arts education and programming through a myriad of positions, including an Applebaum Fellowship with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra (2021), interning with Detroit Sound Conservancy (2022), and being appointed student staff of Wayne State’s Choral Union (2022). Before the University of Michigan, they worked for the city of Farmington Hills, coordinating performing arts educational programs. Anna is committed to arts access for all, and eager to serve and support their community.
