The MPulse Girls in Music and Technology (GiMaT) program is an in-person day camp designed to encourage participation by girls in activities at the intersection of music and technology. GiMaT participation is open to all genders and offers the hands-on opportunity to learn creative technologies with faculty from the SMTD Department of Performing Arts Technology.

At this second of two showcase performances, we present students’ live performances and/or sound installations and multimedia works. The concert format of the Week 2 Showcase is interactive and seated depending on the works.

MPulse Week 1 Showcase: Girls in Music & Technology

The MPulse Girls in Music and Technology (GiMaT) program is an in-person youth day camp designed for hands-on learning at the intersection of music and technology. At the first of two showcase performances, we present students’ original compositions that they have been working on from the beginning of the camp. The concert format of the Week 1 Showcase is fixed pieces and the audience will be seated.
