“The Pigeon Keeper” Chamber Opera Workshop

SMTD OperaLab and Santa Fe Opera offer a workshop presentation of The Pigeon Keeper, a new chamber opera by composer David Hanlon and librettist Stephanie Fleischmann. The presentation will feature professional Santa Fe Opera cast members, SMTD Voice & Opera students and the U-M Contemporary Directions Ensemble. Guest conductor Kelly Kuo will lead the presentation, which will be followed by a feedback session.

This is a family friendly program and the recommended audience age is 8+.
