Bill Ritchie (MM ’77, double bass), assistant principal bass of the Omaha Symphony, retired in June 2023 after serving in this position for forty years. He began his career as the director of orchestras for the public schools in his hometown of St. Joseph, Michigan. He has presented master classes and coaches youth bassists.
