Kenji Lee (BFA ’19, jazz studies; BM ’19, music education) released his debut album Kyūdō, performing on saxophone alongside Andrew Peck (MM ’16, improvisation, double bass), Jonathan Barahal Taylor (BFA ’13, jazz studies, percussion; MM ’24, improvisation, percussion), and vocalist Estar Cohen. The record was featured on Best Jazz on Bandcamp and has received critical acclaim from JazzTrail, All About Jazz, and A2Pulp. (9/2023)
