An associate professor in MIT’s School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, Marah Gubar (BFA ’95, musical theatre), who also earned a BA in English, was named a Margaret MacVicar Faculty Fellow. Gubar was recognized in part for interdisciplinary work – including her course “How We Got to Hamilton” – inspired by musical theatre history classes she took at U-M. (9/2023)
