In fall 2024 Shannon McGinnis (DMA ’03, piano) was appointed associate dean at Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts. She concluded her tenure as program director of opera in spring 2025. Recent performance highlights include a recital with 2025 Laffont Grand Finals winner Michelle Mariposa and a recital with Grammy Award-winning tenor Karim Sulayman.
