Earlier this semester, the Department of Theatre & Drama hosted its 2024 Portfolio Exhibition, featuring work from students pursuing the bachelor of fine arts in theatre design & production. The exhibition, which ran from January 26 through February 9, provided a behind-the-scenes look at design & production students’ work on the plays, musicals, and operas produced by University Productions, as well as course assignments and extracurricular work. The annual exhibition is a curricular requirement, with faculty offering critiques and guidance for students’ future development, as well as an opportunity for those outside the department to gain insight and appreciation for the work of the department’s undergraduate stage managers, designers, and technicians.
