After three years as the artistic director of Penobscot Theatre Company in Maine, Jonathan Berry (BFA ’97, theatre & drama) has returned to Chicago. In fall 2025, he directed the Chicago premiere of Ugly Lies the Bone for Shattered Globe Theatre. He continues to teach acting, directing, and viewpoints at several Chicago institutions.
