Description: Similar to Stearns #0256 and #0259, this 40.3 cm (extant) long instrument is missing its central pole. The ornamental headpiece has a decorative brass ball and crescent with four small clapper bells. A bell-shaped ornament has four small clapper bells and two "horsetails" that are suspended from the brass armature.
