- Manages the day-to-day HR operations at SMTD. Point of contact for all process/policy HR matters for the school.

Staff Specialist/HR Generalist
- Manages staff HR matters including students and visitors, hiring and changes to staff appointments, staff recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll for staff and student workers. Megan also provides administrative staff training on HR PAR processing, compliance (I9, training), and sponsorship.

Faculty Specialist/HR Generalist
- Manages faculty appointments and appointment changes, LEO contracts, and faculty recruitment. Point of contact for faculty appointment changes including leaves, summer or overload pay, and stipends. Manages LEO contracts, reviews, and logistics for faculty recruitment. Point of contact for visiting scholars (J1 processing).
