Michigan Youth Chamber Singers

Up to date as of 03/01/21 for 2021-2022 season
The Michigan Youth Chamber Singers (MYCS) is a select SATB choir composed of outstanding vocalists from across the region. Students interact with U-M SMTD faculty to perform challenging standard chamber choir repertoire. Michigan Youth Chamber Singers is open to advanced high-school aged singers.

We are currently planning on holding MYCS rehearsals in person for the Fall 2021 Semester. In the event that conditions do not allow us to host rehearsals safely in person, we are also planning a robust online MYCS experience that will build upon what was offered during the 2020-2021 season.

U-M Faculty Director: Mark Stover, Assistant Professor and Associate Director of Choirs

Rehearsal Time: Sundays, 1:00-3:30 PM
Rehearsal Location: Kevreson Rehearsal Hall, E.V. Moore Building (UM North Campus, 1100 Baits Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48105)
