Phyllis Kaplan Leadership Series: In this hands-on workshop designed for K-8 general music teachers, participants will engage with music from a range of cultures that transfers to any setting. Strategies for engaging in ethical repertoire research, avoiding cultural appropriation, and re-contextualizing music for classes and ensembles will be explored.
