Molly Cravens

Admissions Counselor

Molly Cravens is an admissions counselor for the School of Music, Theatre & Dance, where she organizes visits for prospective students, evaluates applications, represents SMTD at national recruiting events, and coordinates SMTD’s summer orientation program for newly admitted students.

Originally from Saline, MI, Cravens earned a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science & the Arts in 2012. While at the University, she was a member of the Michigan Hockey Band, Fanfare Band, and Marching Band, where she served as a section and rank leader for the clarinet section.

Upon graduating, Cravens moved to London for a year to volunteer with youth and collegiate outreach programs. She returned to Ann Arbor in 2014 to serve as the graduate program coordinator for the Department of Classical Studies and the Interdepartmental Program in Greek & Roman History in the College of Literature, Science & the Arts. She joined SMTD in December of 2016 and is thrilled to be working to further the arts.
