Turning Basic Conducting into Expressive Conducting

This workshop will review basic conducting patterns and address ways to make gesture more expressive and communicative. Strategies for using movement in the choral rehearsal will also be addressed, with transfer of these motions into conducting gesture. Workshop content will be appropriate for all levels of conductors from elementary or secondary settings.
