Tess Eastment joined the SMTD development staff in September 2016 as manager of annual programs. She became the school’s associate director of development in 2018. In her current role, Eastment secures major and planned gifts for music, theatre, and dance at Michigan by partnering closely with university colleagues, performing arts leaders, and U-M alumni. Ann Arbor, New England, the Washington, DC metro area, Pacific Northwest, and Texas are among the territories she covers.
